At Opalis Care, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare tools that meet your expectations. All of our products are thoroughly inspected and tested before shipping. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer a refund policy under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that one of the following conditions applies:
- The item arrived defective or damaged.
- The item does not function as intended due to a fault in manufacturing.
Refunds are not granted for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase
- Dissatisfaction with results
- General wear and tear due to use
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
Conditions for a Valid Refund Request
To be eligible for a refund, you must:

- Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
- Include photo or video evidence of the defect or damage.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these criteria.
Refund Process
Once your request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not cover return shipping costs unless specifically stated otherwise by our support team.
