1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if this is the case.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands (primary market)
  • Other selected European countries (depending on the product and supplier availability)

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Depending on your location, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Netherlands 5–9 business days
Belgium, Germany 6–10 business days
Other EU countries 7–12 business days

These are average timeframes and may vary slightly depending on customs, logistics conditions, and carrier delays.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and the number of items in your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our site.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s tracking system.

Please note: Tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active.


6. Delayed or Lost Deliveries

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at opaliscare@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and assist you in finding a resolution.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Opalis Care is not responsible for any customs-related delays or charges.


8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it at your expense.
